For Deafblind People
These resources have been created for Deafblind people to download and use to assist them during emergencies. Names and numbers in both documents can be changed.
The ID card should be laminated and attached to a lanyard, and stored somewhere for easy access for the Deafblind person.
Communication cards should be cut up and put into a business card booklet or similar.
